Our cod is MSC certified and frozen at sea in two hours from being caught. This means the fish’s freshness and flavour is sealed in. This is all done on board the state-of-the-art vessel fishing vessels in the North Atlantic, icelantic & faroese seas, where the waters are clean and extremely cold. These waters are carefully regulated by quotas to guarantee a sustainable balance in the environment.
All of our fish is freshly prepared on-site and by hand.
